Q. What does Book on Request mean?
A. Usually it means the hotel has filled or is close to
filling its allocation of rooms so we need check with them first before completing
your reservation. Do to our longstanding relationships with our hotel partners we
are often able to confirm your booking where others cannot.
Q. What does Reserve and Collect mean?
A. For services like booking attraction, theatre and tour
tickets or mobile phone rental and sim cards you will need to provide a credit or
debit card number in order to reserve your products which then will be available
to collect in any of our stores. However for some products you will be asked to
pre-pay for the item in order to guarantee availability and again collect in store.
You will be advised at the payment stage which process is applicable to your product
Q. Can I make a booking without a credit card?
A. Unfortunately - no. A valid credit card is a compulsory
part of the reservation process. Hotels require us either to take payment from the
traveller at the time of booking or to provide the credit card details to secure
Q. What Credit/Debit Cards do you accept?
A. We accept all major Credit Cards including VISA, MasterCard,
UnionPay (Only accepted in-store), Switch, VISA Delta, VISA Debit.
Q. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A. An email confirmation with a unique booking number
will be sent on the email addressprovided during the reservation process.
Q. Can I make a reservation by phone?
A. Yes, if you have a valid credit card and would like

Q. Can I book a hotel for day use?
Yes we have a wide selection of hotels available for

Q. Is full payment taken at the time of booking a hotel room?
A. Dependent on the availability and the time scale of
your booking full payment maybe required to secure your booking. You will be advised
during the payment checkout as to whether your card has been billed immediately
or taken as a guarantee for payment at the hotel.
